What's Goin' on in my Studio, My Head...

The Hui No’eau in Makawao is getting all dressed up for the Holidays - all glittery and sparkly and colorful! Very festive!

Have decided to do a few Throwback Thursday posts after finding some 35mm slides of paintings in my closet. Kinda fun to see them. This one was painted on location in Albany, NY back in the late 80s sometime. The little building is actually sitting in a reservoir and from my viewpoint I’m well below the waterline. Not sure if it’s still used for drinking water - as it was when my dad was a boy - but it was a beautiful park when this was painted, with paddle boats to rent, walkways and tables.
