What's Goin' on in my Studio, My Head...

I've renewed my search for my perfect watercolor paper. I've tested many illustration boards as my old tried and true has changed. :( The test below is on Bockingford CP 140lb. I like it, but don't love it. On to the next papers...

I'm having a great time looking for the “perfect” watercolor paper. The Sweet Dumplings were done on my old tried and true Arches cold press but I have some Fabriano, Moulin du Roy and Bockingford lined up for testing too. It feel So good to really be getting back to work and feeling So incredibly well!! I've truly missed watercolor and feel in a weird way like I'm “home” again here on Maui. Much Love and Aloha :)
