For anyone interested in the ancient but still very relevant art of metalpoint, "Silverpoint and Metalpoint Drawing"  is essential!  It's a Gorgeous volume covering history, methods, materials, recipes and practices including beautifully printed examples in full color by ancient artists as well as contemporary masters.  Both of the authors works are included.  They did a superb job of putting this historically significant book together.
